I’m passionate about helping you (re)discover strength and self-confidence through mindful movement. My approach is holistic — drawing from Pilates, fitness, yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing tools to help you feel amazing inside and out.
No matter your age or fitness level, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you forward. Together, we’ll create a body that feels capable, balanced, and resilient.
