This is the Privacy Policy of Well-being by Bec Fletcher (hereafter also referred to as “us”, “we” or “our”). This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use our streaming service/on demand service, Well-being by Bec Fletcher, through our website (wellbeingbybecfletcher.com.au) or any of our branded apps (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to any updated Privacy Policy on a prospective basis.

When you use the Service, we collect the following types of personal information:
Account Registration Information
In order to sign up for a free trial, ongoing subscription/membership, one-off rental or make any other purchase, you must create an account by providing us with your email address and a password. Other registration information that may be required to fully register and access the Services may include your personal details such as name, mobile number, and address together with certain health information; not limited to your age range, height, weight, exercise levels, biochemistry and medical history. We acknowledge and agree that this information is confidential and will be used for the purposes of the provision of our Services only, unless otherwise required by law. You warrant the personal information and health information you provide us is truthful, accurate, current and complete to the best of your knowledge. We accept no liability in the event you fail to provide us with personal information or health information that is truthful, accurate, current and complete.
Payment Information
You must also provide valid payment card or bank account information if you wish to sign up for a free trial, subscription/membership, or make any other purchase. Except for the name associated with your card and information about the transaction (e.g., time of transaction, amount), payment card information is collected directly by a third-party payment vendor and is not received or stored by us. We use Stripe for processing payments. Please familiarise yourself with Stripe’s T&C’s as well as their Privacy Policy.
Health Information
We comply with the Health Privacy Principles in the collection, use and disclosure of all health information. We collect your health information:
as necessary for the provision of our Services, but only as necessary for the provision of our Services, or as otherwise in accordance with your consent, or as may be required by law including Court order;
only from you (or from someone authorised by you) (including your caregiver if you have one);
with care, taking reasonable steps to ensure your information remains confidential and that any persons we disclose it to in accordance with this Privacy Policy are also required to keep it confidential;
with accuracy, on the basis that you may at any time request a copy of the health information that we hold by emailing us at hello@wellbeingbybecfletcher.au. In the event our records are found to be inaccurate, we will rectify any inaccuracies on the basis of the further information you provide.

For example, we use Momence to power the On Demand/Online Video content and Services and provide customer support. Our authorised service providers also include our website platform, payment providers, email service providers, and analytics companies.Legal Situations: We may disclose your information when we have a good faith belief that compliance is required by a search warrant, subpoena, court order, or similar request from a law enforcement or other government agency.
To the Public: We may publicly disclose aggregated user statistics and other information, which is not considered personal information. If you comment on a video or participate in a forum, your comment/s will be shared publicly.
Targeted Advertising
We may use your personal information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. You can limit the use of your information for purposes of targeted advertising using a number of methods:

Not all companies that serve interest-based ads participate in the ad industry opt-out programs described above, so even after opting-out, you may still receive some cookies and interest-based ads from other companies.
