Rehabilitation on your terms…
This series is designed to be done one class per week over an 8-12+ week period. Ideally you practice each class 2-3 times per week to really work on rehabilitating your core and pelvic floor muscles as well as to solidify each of the Pilates techniques before moving onto the next class. However, you can take as long as 6 months to do this series, if you need or want. Throughout the series I encourage you to listen to your body and take as much time as your body requires to re-build strength and muscle tone throughout your body.

Don’t worry, I’ve got you. The routines/classes in The Postpartum Series have been developed for all levels of fitness. You’ll see modifications along the way and you can even skip movements you don’t think are right for your body. The movement you do should be enjoyable and safe for your body. Take each session at your own pace and level.

For this series/course you’ll require a Chair, Cushion, Stretch Band, Pilates Ball and Gym Ball (large exercise ball).

Rehabilitation done right takes time, practice and requires forms of repetition. My Postpartum Series has been designed around Physiotherapy and Exercise Rehabilitation industry standards in regards to postpartum exercise. This is why we start super soft and take our time to build and advance the work.
Time is precious as a mother. Being mindful of that, each video class is between 17 & 30 minutes long. I want your rehabilitation to be accessible and achievable as well as effective. My goal is to have you finish the sires feeling strong and confident! Take your time.
I encourage you to practice the new exercises taught in each class for a minimum of 1 week before moving onto the next session. You’ll find the series chapters are on timed release to help support you in taking time to truly practice the rehabilitation work. All of the main classes include a PDF break down of each class. You can save or print off to help you with your practice throughout each week as well as beyond completing the series.
