  • Comfortable clothing that you can easily stretch in. Grippy socks or bare feet are best so you don’t slip on your mat.

    Pilates is designed to support you in lowering the risk of getting injuries.

  • Absolutely! There’s a ‘New to Pilates - Matwork Course’ I’ve developed specifically for those new to the Pilates Method. Chek it out.

    There is also a ‘Beginner Friendly’ tag in the On Demand library to help you find all the classes and routines designed for newbies. I’ve got your back!

  • In development is a Pre-Natal program specially designed to support the pregnancy journey. I am trained in Pre and Post natal Pilates and have been teaching these speciality classes for over a decade. In the meantime, please refer to ‘Pilates Relax’ and ‘Pilates Detox’ video collections and modify the core sections if you are in trimester 2 or 3. Refer to the Terms & Conditions for more information regarding Pre/Postnatal exercise. For any further enquiries please email me.

  • I have created The Postpartum Series specifically for women returning to movement/exercise postpartum (post birth). It is an 8-12+ week course which you can rent or subscribe for longterm access. Check out the series with more info here.

  • With Well-being by BF there are classes for newbies, Pilates experts and every level in between. When looking at the video collections you’ll notice that they are in an ascending order from beginner to advanced. Strat with ‘Pilates Relax’ or ‘New to Pilates’ and work your way down. You can also use the tags and other filters to find specific levels with specific lengths of workouts and/or equipment.

  • There are many different Pilates tools/props/small equipment. Here’s what’s included in the workouts on my platform; Massage Balls, Foam Rollers, Stability Ball/Chi-Ball, Magic Circle, Loop Band, Resistance Band/Stretch Band, Hand Weights, Ankle Weights and Cushion/Block.

    For the Self-Massage routines I use Massage Balls, Foam Roller, Silicon Cups and Gua Sha Tools.

  • Not much to start with. If all you have is a mat (even just a Yoga mat) that will be enough to get you started. You can use drink bottles or cans as hand weights. You can use a belt as a yoga strap. You can use a thick, dense cushion as a ball. Most fitness/sports stores have decent Pilates equipment too.

  • My deep and vast background in movement and anatomy has really shaped my approach to teaching Pilates. I’m a Ballet and Contemporary dancer. I find flow between exercises and choreograph sequences which create seamless transitions throughout the practice. This helps you find a flow state and supports the movement and breath coordination.

    As a Massage Therapist I’ve learnt more deeply about anatomy, muscle/joint movement, common tension points in bodies and release work which makes its way naturally into my classes. I include massage techniques in my Pilates Detox, Pilates Relax and Stretch & Release classes.

    My personal interest in Spirituality, Yoga and Meditation flows out into everything I do. I’ve practiced Yoga for many years and my self awareness comes from journaling, Meditation and mindfulness work.

    All together these things create a different essence to most other instructors. So… the long and the short of it is that my style is a part of me. My past, present and future self are projected into my practice and therefore into the classes/routines I create and teach.

  • Click on any of the ‘JOIN NOW’ buttons throughout the website. These buttons will lead you to the Membership Page & Momence software system which is used to run my Online Video Library. Alternatively, download the Momence App straight to your phone and sign up/log in from there to access Well-being by BF Online.

  • Log into your account and head to ‘settings’. You can cancel your subscription or change aspects of your account information, paymnet details etc. or delete your account from there. If you have any questions or require support to make changes to your account, please email me.

  • All memberships (monthly, bi-annual & annual) are on-going. However, not all give you unlimited access to all content on the Well-being by BF Online.

    Monthly, Bi-Annual & Annual Memberships:

    The New to Pilates - Matwork Course is available to rent at $30 for 60 days. Courses are included in the Monthly, Bi-Annual & Annual Memberships.

    Please note; there is a 4% service fee on all payments to power the platform. This is added on-top of your membership price at checkout.

  • Well-being by BF does not have any lock-in contracts. You may choose to cancel your membership at anytime. See T&C’s for more info.

  • AUD $ (Australian Dollars).

    The payment gateway (Stripe) may charge you a differing amount if you are subscribing from outside of Australia. Please note that exchange rate fees may be added to the payment owed.

  • Credit Cards (the platform uses secure Stripe paymnet gateway). BECS (Bank Accounts). See T&C’s for more info.

  • At the moment there is a 4% service fee required by Momence which is used to power your experience. This is the added cost you see when you go to process your subscription payment. To keep costs down as much as possible Well-being by BF absorbs your credit card and bank account payment processing fees. Thank you for your understanding. 

  • Yes - absolutely! If you’re looking to try a one-off class or routine simply click on the video you’d like to rent and select ‘Rent the Video’. Follow prompts to payment. Rental prices vary depending on length of video. If you do not have an active membership and are using the Momence App, you will automatically be directed to the rental price.

  • Click on the video you’d like to favourite then click on the empty star icon. This will add the selected video to your favourites list. To unfavourite simply click on the coloured in star. The favourites list is currently only available to view/access on the desktop version of the platform, although you can still add and subtract videos through the app.

  • Yes! If you’ve got access to the internet, you’ve got access to Well-being by BF anytime, anywhere you are.
