Well-being by Bec Fletcher Sales, Refunds & Returns Policy

This Sales, Refunds & Returns policy applies to Well-being by Bec Fletcher (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “us”, “site owner” or “WBF”) products and other brands purchased from the online store, wellbeingbybecfletcher.au (“website”), and/or through in-person workshops and events.

SALES

Products and Orders
The WBF website only ships products within Australia; no overseas sales. Orders placed on the website will be subject to WBF usual terms and conditions. The WBF products and services promoted on the website are subject to availability and may change from time to time. WBF may, at any time and without notice to you, discontinue any of the products or services currently available on the website. If you have already placed an order and a product becomes unavailable, WBF will notify you and refund you accordingly.

An order placed by you on the website for products is only an offer by you to purchase a product for the price (including other charges) as displayed on the website. WBF reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason whatsoever. Your purchase contract with WBF will only come into existence when we advises you that it has accepted your order and has confirmed receipt of your payment.

Order Status
You will receive an order confirmation via email upon receipt of your order and successful processing of your payment. A further email will be sent upon dispatch of your goods. Your order will be posted once your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the product/s is/are located in stock. If a product you order is not currently in stock, you will be notified by email and offered a refund if you have been charged. WBF is not responsible for any loss you or a third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your order or deliver products due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided by you.

Payment Options
WBF accepts all major credit cards for payment for online purchases unless otherwise specified.

Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary according to our postage companies, Sendle and Australia Post, time frames and zones. Please note shipping times do not include order processing time.

Order Processing Times
All orders are processed Mondays - Fridays (excluding public holidays) from 9:00am – 3.00pm (GMT+9:30).  Processing of orders can take up to 2-3 business days before being shipped.

Prices
The prices of products and other charges displayed on the website may change at any time. Prices do not include shipping and handling costs. These charges will be shown at the conclusion of your shopping and will be dependent on your delivery method and location.

Delivery
If your order is being delivered to an office building, apartment complex or similar, or to a public institution such as a hospital, hotel or school, the carrier may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, and similar administrative personnel upon delivery. Upon signature or acceptance by such personnel, WBF shall be deemed to have fulfilled our entire delivery obligation for your order. WBF is not responsible for lost or stolen items delivered in accordance with the delivery practices noted above.

WBF makes every effort to ensure that product and service information on the website is accurate, but does not warrant that the information will be reliable or error free. WBF takes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the website, or for programming bugs or computer viruses or errors in the website, and reserves the right to modify and correct errors at any time. Information may also contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors and may be changed, updated or modified at any time without notice.

WBF has attempted to accurately depict the products offered on the website. However, because the depiction of a product is dependent on your computer monitor, WBF cannot guarantee that such depiction will be accurate. The products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size, or the colours slightly different, depending on your monitor.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES

You have statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law that are in addition to and are not limited by the WBF change-of-mind policy or by any other return policy, statement or comment WBF might make. If a consumer guarantee is not met, for example if a product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for its purpose or is different from its description or sample, then you may be eligible for a refund or exchange. The consumer guarantees do not apply where, after sale, the product is damaged through misuse or abnormal use.

How to return an order via post
All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. You are responsible for the return shipping and postage charges. Please choose your products carefully.

1. Ensure all products are packaged securely and arrive back to WBF headquarters in their original, unused condition. Packaged products must be in their original unopened packages. WBF reserves the right to deny any product that does not meet these requirements

2. You will need to return the product/s to WBF with proof of purchase. Proof of purchase includes a copy of order receipt/invoice or a copy of workshop/event ticket incl. products bought.

3. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from the WBF team.

4. Refunds will only be paid to the credit card used at time of purchase.

How to Return an order to our headquarters
Online and in-person purchases may be returned to WBF headquarters with the original receipt.

Return/Exchange/Refund processing time
Return, exchange or refund processing can take up to 5 days to process. We will email you with updates along the way.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges Timeframe
If you change your mind, you can return most products (see our change of mind policy) within 30 days after receiving your order. Email hello@wellbeingbybecfletcher.au to begin the assessment of your returns request.

Change-of-mind policy
WBF does not permit refunds of products due to change-of-mind. If you change your mind, you may choose to return most products (see below exclusions) within 30 days after sale for store credit or an exchange for the same item or for an alternate item (which WBF considers to be of equivalent type or value) provided the following conditions are satisfied:

1. Proof of purchase must accompany the product being returned. You will need to provide an original Well-being by Bec Fletcher receipt or online tax invoice which includes reference to the product/s you are returning; and

2. The product/s must be unused, in unopened packaging and in resalable condition (it must not have been used, damaged or altered in any way by you).

WBF does not accept the return of products under this change-of-mind policy that are:

1. Sale or marked down items

2. Gua Sha Tools - for health reasons

3. Massage Oils and Balms - for health reasons

Goods that have been worn or used will not be accepted for change-of-mind. All streaming videos and download purchases are FINAL and are non-refundable.

Product exchanges
If you want to exchange your product under this return policy, please return your product/s back to the WBF headquarters or email hello@wellbeingbybecfletcher.au to start an exchange via post. Postal costs back to WBF through an exchange are at your own cost.

Refund Credits
Once you have posted your return to us, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your refund to be processed in full back to your original payment method.
