Hi, I’m Bec — Pilates and Fitness Instructor, movement educator, and the founder of Well-Being by Bec Fletcher.
I help people reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement, building strength, confidence, and trust from the inside out — no matter their age, experience, or starting point.

My Background
I’ve been teaching Pilates and Dance Fitness since 2012, with a background in dance that continues to shape my understanding of movement, alignment, and anatomy.
This experience allows me to:
Break movements down clearly and safely
Offer intelligent progressions and modifications
Teach with precision while keeping sessions accessible and encouraging
I believe strength is built through consistency, kindness, and awareness, not pressure or perfection.
