Why I love this Rub:
What’s not to love! The benefits alone sell this product. I have tried a LOT of muscle rubs, balm and creams over the years. As a professional dancers and outdoors enthusiast, I’ve needed a lot of muscular tlc. In my opinion, the REO Muscle Balm can’t be beat! It’s warming, nourishing, nut oil free and I have found it to be the most effective at reducing muscle and soft tissue aches and pains.

Oleo Europa (Olive Oil), Persea Americana (Avocado Oil), Beeswax, Botanical Extracts of; Rosemary Officinalis (Rosemary), Hypericum perforatum L (St Johns Wort Oil), Essential Oils: Lavandula Augustifolia (Lavender), Rosemary Officinalis (Rosemary), Narrow Leafed Ironbark Eucalyptus, Zingber Officinal (Ginger), Piprum Nigrum (Black Pepper), Gaultheria procumbens (Wintergreen), plant-derived Menthol, Grape Fruit Seed Extract.

Safety Info:
External Use Only. Non-irritant. The British Herbal Pharmacopeia recommends using wintergreen externally in a liniment.
Contra-indications and Hazards:
Avoid sun exposure for 1 hour after use Hypericum perforatum L (St Johns Wort Oil) causes temporary photosensitivity on the skin. Contra-indicated when taking pharmaceutical blood thinners such as Warfren. Studies indicate that compounds containing salicylates, such as wintergreen, potentiate blood-thinning drugs. Do not use if you have an allergy to methyl salicylates. Consult your doctor if pregnant. Do not use on young children. Be aware of individual allergies.
